Treah Haggerty, MD
Dr. Treah Haggerty serves as the Director of the Rural Scholars Program within the Department of Family Medicine at West Virginia University’s School of Medicine. Her academic journey is rooted in a diverse background, having earned her bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering before pursuing a medical degree and completing her Residency in Family Medicine, all at WVU.
Currently holding the position of Associate Professor, Dr. Haggerty is a valuable member of the clinical faculty within the Family Medicine department at West Virginia University School of Medicine. Her commitment to education and healthcare is exemplified by her leadership role in the Rural Scholars Program, contributing to the university’s mission in training the next generation of healthcare professionals. Dr. Haggerty earned her MD from WVU School of Medicine in 2007, showcasing a comprehensive and dedicated academic career. |
