Julie Scott Taylor, MD, MSc is a board-certified academic family physician with extensive expertise in medical education and international maternal–child health. She has served on the faculty at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University since 2001, where she provides clinical care within a residency–faculty practice and has held multiple senior leadership roles in undergraduate medical education and curriculum development. Dr. Taylor is a nationally and internationally respected educator and scholar who has served as principal investigator on numerous educational grants, received multiple teaching awards, and authored more than 135 publications. She is also Past President of the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine, reflecting her longstanding commitment to maternal and child health. Her career highlights a sustained dedication to academic leadership, educational innovation, and the training of future physicians across diverse clinical and global settings. | |
